Palma boosts its commitment to nautical tourism with the support of PIBS 2025 and Palma 365 Tourism Foundation

Palma is getting ready to “go blue” as it prepares to welcome the Palma International Boat Show 2025. Once again, Palma City Council, through the Palma 365 Tourism Foundation, is playing a key role in promoting this internationally recognised event, which marks the start of the Mediterranean nautical season and positions the Balearic capital as a top destination for sea lovers.

This collaboration is part of the Foundation’s broader tourism strategy, which focuses on promoting nautical experiences as a high-value, quality-driven product. The initiative aims to strengthen the connection between the city and its maritime identity while bringing the event closer to both locals and visitors.

The image of the Palma International Boat Show is already visible on promotional platforms throughout the city centre and on Palma’s tourist bus. The show also features prominently in the city’s tourist offices to ensure that everyone arriving in Palma during this period is informed and encouraged to take part in one of the most relevant and prestigious events in the global nautical sector.

The 2025 edition of the Palma International Boat Show will take place from30th April to 3rd May at the iconic Moll Vell, right at the foot of Palma’s cathedral. The event is organised by the Regional Development Agency of the Balearic Islands (ADR Balears), entidad dependiente de la Conselleria de Empresa, Empleo y Energía, under the Balearic Yacht Brokers Association (BYBA).
