The Balearic Yacht Show will bring together more than 50 professionals to discuss the future of the nautical industry
The Balearic Yacht Show, the leading hybrid event in the Mediterranean yachting sector, which will unite thousands of professionals from around the world from 3 to 6 June, announces its conference programme, now available at www.balearicyachtshow.org.
The second edition of the Balearic Yacht Show, which will take place from the 3 to 6 June 2021, coinciding and collaborating with the sector’s trade fair, the Palma International Boat Show, will bring together around fifty professionals from the nautical sector who will offer their experience and vision on the latest developments in the sector and show where the nautical sector is heading in the Mediterranean.
Four days of conferences and round tables open to all those attending the fair, subject to free registration on the BYS website. The programme is now available and can be consulted at http://www.balearicyachtshow.org.
In this second edition of the BYS, conferences will be given by personalities from the sector such as Martin Redmayne or Ralph Dazert, among others, who are involved in practically all areas, from the financial part to the destination services. Below is a selection of the international agenda, by theme:
Nautical industry
These events stand out for their coverage of the variety of services offered in the Balearic Islands for shipowners, industry professionals and captains. A wide range of qualified marine experts will discuss the current situation of the nautical industry:

- 3 June, 4 p.m International taxes and legal issues in the Balearic Islands.
Balearic Islands, nautical destination
The Balearic Islands and the Mediterranean as a whole offer a complete nautical experience for visitors and professionals in the sector. The Balearic Islands are one of the world’s leading nautical destinations. These events aim to assess what attracts thousands of yachts to the coasts of our islands and what they can enjoy on arrival in terms of leisure, services and port facilities. Social Events
The nautical sector in the Balearic Islands also stands out for the life it generates around it, from social aspects on board the boats between the crew and captains, to the leisure activities that the destination ports offer. In order to liven up these days of the show, the Balearic Yacht Show is organising various networking events:

Sustainability
We are committed to the values that the nautical sector represents and aim to incorporate them in all our practices, organising different virtual meetings with professionals and companies in the sector that do their best to be more sustainable and promote greater environmental awareness.

Other than these interesting events and networking opportunities, this year’s edition will be a little bit different, as the Balearic Yacht Show will be joining forces with Palma International Boat Show to create a full experience both online and off.
